This page allows you to view and/or delete your marked records. For information about marking records, see our Marking Records page.
Viewing Marked Records
Click the View Marked Records button to go to the Marked Records page of a specific product.
Note that the All Databases records selection takes you to records that you marked from an All Databases search.
Deleting Marked Records
This option allows you to delete a set of marked records associated with a particular product database. For example, you can delete all marked records in your Web of Science subscription.
- Select the check box of a product.
- Click the Delete button.
- Click Yes when the Delete Marked Lists Confirmation page appears.
Be aware that the only way you can delete individual records from a Marked Records page is by selecting the check box that says:
Automatically delete selected records from the Marked List after output is complete.
After the output operation completes, those records that were selected will be removed from the Marked Records page. Those records that were not selected will remain on the page.
# Marked Records Column
This column displays the total number of marked records for each product in your subscription. It also includes the total number of All Databases records marked from the Results page from an All Databases search.

Did You Know ...
You can mark up to 500 records per each product in your subscription.
Product Name
This column contains the name of the products that contain active marked lists. Only products in your subscription that contain active marked records appear in the column.
